PORT STATE CONTROL
The
Romanian Naval Authority performs its tasks by the Harbour Master‘s
Offices and Port Offices, which are part of it.
Pre-arrival notification for a ship subject to an expanded inspection
will be sent directly to PSC Dept. (see the form).
24 hours Arrival notification could be sent by the ship‘s Master,
Operator or Agent to Radionav Constantza, VTS Constantza and Constantza
Harbour Master‘s Office if the ship proceeds to the ports of Constantza,
Midia or Mangalia.
Ships proceeding to Maritime Danube ports will report to VTS Sulina and
Tulcea Harbour Master‘s Office for ports of call Tulcea or Sulina
and to VTS Galatzi and Galatzi Harbour Master‘s Office in case of
ports of call Galatzi or Braila (see the form).
